As the world’s only full Cadillac studio offering group athletic classes, we’ve spent years refining our approach—developing innovative techniques and programming that blend creativity with precision, for both group and private training.

With over 50 Cadillac classes taught weekly for more than five years, we bring unmatched expertise in both choreography and safety. Thousands of clients have trained on the Cadillacs in our studios, giving us real-world insight into what works, what doesn’t, and how to adapt for every body. From injury prevention to advanced progressions, we know the ins and outs of this apparatus—and we’re ready to teach you everything we’ve learned.

Cadillac trainings are held on various days and times throughout the month.

Attendees will receive digital and printed manuals with step by step pictures, breakdowns and tutorial videos to every exercise.

CTo earn a certification as a Modern Pilates Cadillac Instructor, you must fulfill the following criteria:

Complete Anatomy Course

Complete Mat Instructor Training

Attend all Cadillac training sessions

Accumulate 22 hours of Cadillac student teaching hours (12 Group Classes and 10 Private Sessions)

Complete 12 hours of Cadillac observation hours

Undergo 16 personal Cadillac sessions

Trainees who are doing the course virtually can complete above hours in their own home with our choreography provided sites.

To attain certification as a Modern Pilates Method Cadillac teacher, you must successfully navigate through the following steps:

Complete the Mat Teacher Course

Complete online Anatomy course and turn it in.

Attend all mandated teacher training sessions and choreography dates.

Fulfill the required teacher training student teaching hours.

After fulfilling all outlined requirements, you can apply for your final assessment. This comprehensive evaluation consists of a class audition coupled with a written examination.

Fee for test Out: $375

1. Instructors will be given a class theme along with a list of client injuries, and will be asked to deliver a 50-minute audition class that demonstrates a clear and progressive teaching format. We’ll be evaluating technique, the quality and creativity of choreography, use of music and microphone, seamless transitions, breath integration, precise counting, and effective cueing throughout the session.

2. Practical Teaching Exam: Your practical teaching exam will involve leading a 50-minute class with a full group of clients, observed by your Master Instructor.

3. Written Exam: This exam is to be completed in studio on the day of your final class audition.
